NOOB QUESTION - How do i flash my gfx card bios?

Hi guys, thinking of flashing my soon to arrive x1800xt to a PE, just not quite sure how i do it? can anyone help me or advise me against doing this? is there a significant difference in benchmarks and gaming?

you put the card on a table, strip off naked apart from a long rain mac, run up to it and rip your coat open when it least suspects it

nice wish i got 1k extra i got 11'995 at stock want to overclock but also dont want to break my comp lol
