Noob Question: USB Cable Connection?

Hi,

Im building a new computer and my case ('Origen S14V') has one USB port and a media card reader on the front which Im trying to connect up. However the cable looks like this (_____, black, green, white, red):

Whereas I thought normally USB cables looked like this:

So thought I better double check before installing it! Where would I connect it on the motherboard pins, on the bottom row (with only 4 pins)?

Sorry if its a stupid question but didnt want to risk destroying any components!

Yes but top photo is hard to see if its 1 single or 2 single split connectors (I assume 2 as you have 1 case USB port and 1 device)

You cannot go wrong as that is why there is a pin missing, firewire Mobo headers and a few others looks near same but missing pin is different.
