Noob SLI Question

I have a spare MSI 7600GS 256MB Card sat doing nothing and an SLI Board.

I can get hold of another of the same card today but it has 512MB of memory and not 256MB.

Even though the GPU's/Frame Buffer Size are the same, can I still put the 2 cards in SLI mode?
