noobie question about dlcs and season passes.

Hi

I'm a bit new to all this DLC and season passes lark, thou I've had a ps3 for years now.

I'm playing boardlands 2, and theres a season pass. Does this allow me to get all the DLC for free? or if not what does it do? Is it cheaper just to wait for the DLC to go on sale?

not all of it, it doesn't allow the 2 characters.

Its cheaper to buy the season pass than it would be to buy the dlc individually, but then you are committing to buy dlc that isn't released/may be terrible/you don't necessarily want. Each season pass gets you different things so you have to be careful when buying as you might be getting less than you think (like what shamikebab said about the extra characters).

Saying that though Borderlands dlc is always decent and generally offers a lot more content for your money than most games (Assassins creed 3 season pass was poor).

Thanks I've seen the the add on disc which gave two more missions and the extra character and hopefully they will release another one with the other two missions and extra character. Buy both of them will be cheaper than getting a season pass and two extra characters.

who knows they may release an all in one collection, like they did with the first one which they titled game of the year version.
