i have read from a guide that i should lock my PCI at 33mhz and my PCIE at 100mhz

y is this? and it ssays i will gain less performance.

One final thing, do i leave it locked at these speed after i finsehd overclocking? or do i unlock it?

You should have them locked at that speed all the time.

The PCI, PCI-e etc. are all linked so increasing one too far can cause instability and things like data corruption and will also limit your overclock. Lock them and keep them locked.

oh, i havent locked it so far and i voerclocked a little aready, should i clock the CPU? down? then lock them and start again?

Should be able to set them to certain speeds seperately. If not then put it back to default FSB and lock them. Then start clocking again.
