Noobs First wc system

Hi All
First off i have a 800d case with X58 ud5 920 in it not OCed and maybe getting X79 next month undecided as yet also looking at maybe wc for gpu in future

Possible kits i have seen are the EK Supreme 360 or the OCuk 360 V12 on the connections do you use jubilee clips or another sort or would compression or quick release be better ( sorry if they are same thing) Also would it need to be flushed out when first assembled and was thinking of using the pastel blue in it

Thanks for quick reply so being a noob would it be best to stick with what i get in the kit and use jubilee clips or get compression or quick release and if so any suggestions would be a help so i can hopefully get it right
