I think It's outside the three warranty too.

I take it the three warranty runs from manufacture date if I don't have a receipt of purchase.

Well i just registered my console and its in warranty for this fault until June 11 2011. So off to ms it goes.

I did all that and it said there is no charge for this type of repair. At least that's one good thing.

to load properly? Everytime I have clicked it using IE/Firefox (latest version) it's like it's having difficulty loading and just displays all the links down the left hand side.

It seems to be loading ok now in FF.
