Noooooooooo PC stopped working!

Was fine yesterday, today I switch it on, fans start spinning, but none of the drive lights go on, none of the CD/DVD drives come out when pressing their button, the Num Lock key does not come on, no picture, no response from the power button

Is that the power supply....or the mobo? :eek:

if you google for a guide to booting up a psu without the motherboard or any drives connected it'll show whether its the psu.

Well, I booted up with just the motherboard connected, took out graphics card, disconnected all data and power cables to all the devices, and it was still stuck in that comatose state. Also, there's a buzzing coming from the PSU, that's what leads me to believe its the PSU

Try resetting the cmos

If the PSU is duff mate, its proberly not a good idea to keep trying to switch on.
