Normal idle temps?

Hey guys,

I have this Ultima Dreadnought system http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-132-OE&groupid=43&catid=2040&subcat=1270 and I've replaced the stock fans on the H70 with two Apaches. That being said, my idle temperatures are around 37-42C - moreover, with Prime95 running, my temperatures hit around 70-75C.

Is this normal? Or am I getting strangely high temperatures?

My 965 idles at about that, even with a H60.

Idle temps dont really mean a lot. Dont worry about it. Dont really want to go over 75c but if we ever get a hot day it might do.

Those temps are fine at idle, and more importantly, at load as well.

They are about right, i run a custom loop cooling the cpu and gpu and my temps are idle around 38c and with prime about 70c, i am running 4.2GHz @ 1.375v so with a H70 i think u are about right.

Thanks for the input guys - I've read a bunch of other threads where most spoke about how their temperatures are around the low 30's, which freaked me out a little bit.
