thing is cpu idles at 22c goes to about 35 on full need for speeding
but north bridge gets real hot, everest says its only 28c but its too hot for me to put my hand on it, i clocked it back down to stock 2ghz till i can get some feedback, better cooling needed?

2nd thing for some reason when i start it up on a morning it sont do a thing, everything powers up but no signal to monitor, i have to leave it liek this for 2mins to get warm then reset and its perfect straight to windows

ive searched through the whol bios and cant find any chipset voltage options anywhere

i reset it all to stock so i wouldnt have thought it was anything bad, i upgraded it to bios version 1.6 (latest) a week ago but i dont reckon its that

maybe i should scrap it and buy a DFI lol

Those coolers used on asrock boards do tend to get pretty warm even when the chipset is fine... could always fit a 40mm fan to it.

I think your CPU cooler is the wrong way round BTW ;) Oh and 4gb of ram? Overkill and lower performance.
