Northbridge temperature?

It depends on your motherboard's array of sensors. What model motherboard do you have?
mishima, I don't think motherboards have a temp sensor on the northbridge, at least none of the dozen boards I've used have had one. Normally the reading for the motherboard temp comes from a small chip somewhere on the board.
I have a bunch of Northbridge heatsinks that I want to test and the only way I can think of doing that is to use them as actual CPU heatsinks on an older processor.
