Well without measuring the heat, which I can not do easily, its too hot to touch for more than a second.
Plus I dont think theres enough room for a fan cause of the CPU cooler
Sounds like about 80-90c then , if you can't fit a fan in maybe try and improve airflow around the case ,clear any cables away from fans,mobo etc ,try moving fans around ,I cut the grills off mine which restrict airflow just watch your fingers if moving it I also removed the rear slot expansion grills !
Depends on the chipset. ATI chipsets run much cooler than say Intel or Nvidia ones. The Intel ones seem fine running hot anyway. I tend to just keep the motherboard/chipset/ram cool via a 92mm silent case fan, blowing onto the general area.
