Northbrige volts

Hi I got a gigabyte GA-N650sli DS4L bios F3.
Im trying to OC a E2180 and got it upto 3ghz (cooled by asaka 965)
My prob is i cant get any further.

Whats the max volts i can up the NB to see if this is the problem?
Is it a case of max is ok so long as heat levels are ok?

Hoping for 3.4 - 3.6ghz.

Has any1 got any real exp with this chipset that could give me some tips?

need to know a bit more really
what RAM you running? how much? full system specs would be good
what are your current BIOS settings?
really though 1.37 should be enough, but depends on rest of system

GA-N650sli-DS4L bios version f3 (set to unlinked)
2gig budget kingston ram (ddr2 800)1.8v timings are auto 6-6-6-6-15
sapphire HD4850 OC,d(702//1053)
everything else is auto at the moment.
