Having problems with my norton ghost so just spoke to their technical support where i was told that norton ghost as well as most other norton products does not support 64bit. I tried explaining that i had 64bit cpu but it was using 32bit o/s so only needs to be compatible with 32bit but apparently it has to be 32bit cpu and 32bit o/s. Just shows how much their technical support staff know - do amd even still make 32bit cpu's?

i have a amd 64 x2 4800
when i have 32 bit xp loaded it is FINE no probs at all
but when i have 64 bit xp loaded it will not work
