Norton ghost service

I jsut installed Norton ghost 9.0 and discovered i cant run it becasue the service it uses is disabled, but it doesn't tell me which one -.-'' any help on which oen it is + how to re enable it?

Also, any other backup (free would be great too) that will backup my files and compress them etc like Norton?

you could try acronis, it does not have to be constantly running like ghost but it still lets you make backup schedules
