I am trying out the latest version of Norton Ghost and was wondering how I can make an image backup of just C:\Users ? My attemps have resulted in a file backup which seems pretty much useless...

I'm a bit confused to why you'd use imaging software for just a folder backup. What exactly do you want to do?

I just want to backup my Windows Vista profile which includes My Documents, Outlook PSTs, Firefox Data etc... basically all the important parts of my Windows installation. I don't have enough space on my other hard drives for a full backup of my Vista partition (80gb)

Then don't use Ghost. Use robocopy or even Windows backup. If you used ghost, how would you restore the image?

Can those manage the backup location where it will make incremental backups and delete old ones when it starts running out of space?
