Do people still use this and are there any decent alternatives?

Also I'm thinking of investing in one of the Thecus NAS boxes. Does that come with backup software (as in you can manually pick locations/specific files for it to backup)?

I've used it in the past, but Windows 7 comes with it's own image-based backup software now if you've got that. It's not a bad piece of software and worked but I tend to take images with CloneZilla these days and not touched Ghost for a while. Acronis is a good alternative.
