Norwegian Air. Passport and airline ticket middle name issue.

My flight ticket with Norwegian Air doesn't contain my middle name. I thought I better check with the airline this is OK (apparently it usually is).

The call center person said it may or may not cause problems!

I have to go through my booking agent to change this. And they are terrible. I'm not even sure I can!

Anyone have any first hand experience with this issue?

My passport has my middle name, I never buy a ticket with it and it's never caused an issue

Any idea about the API?
I've just gone to do this and it's pre filled with my first name and last name. No option for middle name.

I've flown with Norwegian loads. My tickets don't contain my middle name either. Never been a problem.

I had a flight with Norwegian for work a while back. When I was given my ticket at the airport it had my first name spelt wrong. That had me worried but they still let me on the flight without a problem.

Much appreciated. I guess the CS agent was just trying to cover her back. But saying "it might be OK" isn't the most helpful!

Happy to report this was no issue at all!

I don't even know if it was even looked at on some flights
