not aloud pic for sig???

hi i want to set up a sig but under Signature Permissions it says:
'Can Upload Images for Signature No'
is this because im fairly new to the forum?

OcUK do not allow people to upload pictures as it will take a chuck of memory away from their servers. If you want an image for a signature, then you need to upload it somewhere else such as imgur, imageshack, etc then paste the direct link into your sig and add the following code like so:
