Bigger box!
Hi, looking to start a very, very small business, anyway, part of my product will be a computer, now i need it very, low spec.
Haven't built a computer in ages and wondered what you guys would suggest so i can get the figures sorted before i go ahead with the product.

It only needs a basic processor, 256 of ram, 20gig HD, onboard graphics and sound (if you still get mobo's with onboard graphics and sound!!) and the case is 100% unimportant.

A CRT which i might get from flea bay and that should cover it.

Cheers

If your going to be running XP on that pc it might be worth while getting 512mb of ram instead of 256. Once you get online (assuming you'll have the internet on it), anti viruses, work and excel running etc you will need the extra ram as windows uses a fair bit.
There'll be no internet, not AV, only one programme will ever run on it and its a simple exe, nothing at all will be installed on there.

Reckon 256 will be enough?
