Not convergent in sqr05

SuperPI gives me this error when trying to run 2 instances even @ stock speeds anyone else had this problem ?

I get that with an unstable overclock. Getting that at stock really isn't good

What is your spec?

ive had this problem running at 3ghz but havent tried stock

i've had it running @ 3Ghz and didnt find any problems at all running everything fine and a good 2 hour session on COH last night saw no problems

just thought i'd have a play today and got that error so i decided to put it all @ stock and it still does it

You definetly got the voltage at stock?

I know my board undervolts, so you need to set it higher in bios than you think.

Only seen this when the CPU was overclocked, adding a touch more vCore solved it.

Dunno whats going on there since your at stock?

well i set the voltages in the bios too

CPU = 1.35
RAM = 2.1
NB = 1.5

and it just ran 2 instaces fully

must be undervolting i guess

now back to 3Ghz to see if it still works then

You are running each copy of super Pi from a different folder yeah? otherwise you can see that error then.

yeah i was running from different folders

seems fine now @3Ghz with a bit more juice !

even tightened up my timings to 4 4 4 15 it doesn't like 1T though lol

hopefully my 8800 should show up tommorrow

5251 from my 7800GTX in 3DMark06 isnt bad
