not done any oc for a while so need some guidance

ok, well havent really done any overclocking since the days where the old amd processors from a laptop would fit a desktop mobo, so with the aero fan you could oc them really well.
so basically, a lot has changed since then, so does my curernt setup allow me to overclock, thinking of cpu and poss gfx, or would i be better waiting and saving for a better setup?

the 5200 should clock well, though you'll need a good aftermarket cooler, eg sunbeam, you can have a look at rivatuner for clocking the gfx but dont know how well that card well clock

downloaded rivatuner, but not sure how high i can adjust the settings, and which need setting to get the best results.
