SGF and the XB/Bethesda showcases are on this week, with a few other smaller ones as well, so I thought we could do with a thread for discussing how disappointed we all are with modern games anything decent that's revealed.

Summer Game Fest
Lots of cringe expected in this one, but they'll definitely have new gameplay footage for The Callisto Protocol, Gotham Knights, Cuphead - The Delicious Last Course, and CODMW2. The Rock will also be there for some reason. Hopefully to drop the People's Elbow on Geoff Keighley.

XB/Bethesda
Starfield? Redfall? Avowed? Indiana Jones? Who knows. Hopefully whatever they have is coming to GamePass anyway.


Looking forward to more Callisto for sure. Hopefully Hellblade 2 gets a release date too, and maybe even Avowed.

Anyone hear the big announcement for the show? I'll spoiler it in case you want to be surprised tomorrow lol.

Kojima is alleged to be announcing his new horror game, called Overdose, at the show. Some are saying it will be exclusive to XB and PC. Anyway, the guy (Tom Henderson, reliable supposedly) who leaked the details earlier says Kojima Productions contacted him to take down the article, which pretty much confirms it as true in most people's eyes. Great times for horror fans!
