Not enough volts? (Cold boot problem)

The problem I have is that about 1 in every 5 times I boot my PC from a cold start it shuts down after only a couple of seconds then restarts itself to a black screen - doesn't even get as far as the BIOS screen.

I have my 2500k overclocked to 4.8Ghz. I have my core CPU voltage fixed at 1.385v. Once booted my overclock is completely stable with no issues.

I recently upgraded my PSU to a Corsair AX860 - so that should be enough to power my system (I was having the same problem on my old Corsair 750).

Any ideas as to how to fix this?

id go one or two clicks above 1.65v for dram and max safe on imc voltage is 1.2v

id try around 1.10-1.15v for imc

if it doesn't cure it though id put dram back to 1.65v

OK - so first cold boot after changing my settings and the same problem: shuts down after a few seconds then restarts to a black screen . .

Any other possibilities?
