not happy with onestopphoneshop.co.uk

very angry at the moment. what happened was:
i ordered a clearance w800i last saturday and i was expecting it to come on a tuesday. on the tuesday it didnt arrive so i logged into my account to check the status which said "pick in progress" which i thought oh right i get it on wednesday then. nothing showed up the next day so i checked the status again and this time the status was "processing order" i was shocked as it said it was awaiting to be picked up but now they are saying they havent even processed my order.
i was a little upset but i thought doesnt matter i will get it next week.

just came home now and checked the status and guess what it says? yes thats right "order cancelled" so after few days of placing order they decided to cancel my order. they didnt even give me a reason!!! im very angry has anyone else had this with onestopphoneshop.co.uk? as i know some people on here had ordered a clearance w800i aswel.
 
yeh i know,its jus made me angry that they didnt bother explaining why and the fact it took them like 3 days to find out that they dont have any in stock!!

i was told onestopphoneshop was a good company.......:(
 
was wondering should i get an email telling me it was cancelled?
im not sure about ordering from them again but they have such good prices!

Even the best company in the whole wide world can make the odd error.
I have used them a few times and had no trouble at all, perhaps you've just been unfortunate?
 
yeah i probably have just been unfortunate...was angry when i wrote that. lol
vodafone is phoning me up today(have a contract with them but wrote them a letter saying i want to cancel) so i see what they can offer:D

any tips on how to get the best deals?
 
Jesta - just come back from a week away and catching up on a few threads. Sounds like too bad you missed out on the w800i. I had mine attempted to be delivered on Thursday of this week but have a card to go and collect it, so will attempt to get it tomorrow. Not sure what can be done from your side though....you can kick and scream but the bottom line is if they aint got stock....what can they do>?!

Just looked at some similar deals and the only one that comes close is one that e2save have just released today... its the w500i Silver on the same Orange Contract (1000 o/p) for £75 for the year (9mths free rental). Not advertising just trying to help you out of your situation... have a look on dailymobile.co.uk for info.

yeah i thought they ran out of stock.i thought they would have known on a tuesday at least. cheers for the heads up about the w500i but for some reason i dont like the look of it that much...

i think i may go for a w900!lol but the cheapest is from onestopphoneshop!
thats there plan all along...cancel my deal so i would be tempted with the w900 leading me to spend more money so they make more money!!lol
