Not impressed with Mozy support...

So I want to uninstall the application.

It tries to remove it, but ends up with "Fatal error during installation". I've emailed them a couple of times, even with screen shots, and no help at all!

Their application is now spamming me with warnings "More than 7 days have passed since the last successful backup." - I know! That's because I don't use it and want to bloody uninstall it :mad:

Can you not delete it from the registry?

Search Mozilla or Firefox and just delete all entries.

I believe Mozy is a piece of backup software
