Hi
Today I build a new system, installed all components and it actually worked good the first time. Eventhough I wanted to create a raid array with my sata's but i didnt know how, so i just installed windows on one of them.
Everything is fine sofar, but since i noticed that my 320g drives were only 127g i got a bit confused. And found on the seagate website a little program called discwizard (?). I fooled around with that program abit, and also downloaded the new version of windows update (no actual updates), and it needed a reboot after that.
So i rebooted, and while posting, it just halted on 'memory testing' i cant acces the bios, infact i cant do anything at all.
So far i tried every memory configuration possible, unplugged my harddrives, tried my harddrives on another controller etc. And i also tried to clear the cmos, but i aint really sure if that worked correctly.
So now im wondering, why does it hang on memory testing? it was fine before and nothing too much has changed. I hope someone has had some similar experience and can tell me what is going on
.
a quick answer is much appreciated.

(btw, i already read about the 127g thing in the ocuk faq
should have looked there earlier)
