I posted this in the mobile section but its really quiet in there and I imagine most phone techies wont look there?
Its regarding our telephone system at work. Its only a small business and only has 4 phones connected to it!
The range is LG-Nortel IPLDK-20 and I want to change the cheesy "electronic" hold music on it. When Ive had a look there is a MOH (music on hold) input so I plugged my Ipod into and went to try and find the correct setting to activate it or what ever needed doing.
I can get the music to play via the background music facility on channel 2 but I cant find the setting on the attendant phone to change the default hold music to channel 2.
So, does anyone know anything about telephone systems or can someone point me in the direction of a forum that may be able to help?
