Not received proof of no claims.

do direct line no have an online portal.

I simply downloaded my ncd from Axa as a pdf and emailed it to swiftcover, job done.

Just give swiftcover your old policy number and they can verify your ncd with that.
 
I have the same problem, but I have my renewal document here, it says on it I have 60% no claims, but not in years, I have 5 years no claims though. will this be ok to send my current insurer, as they need proof asap.

Just phoned my insurer and it needs to have years on it, FFS.
