Not receiving email from OCUK for a password reset

Having built my new PC recently, clearly I needed to login.
As per normal, have forgotten my password, so requested a pw reset.
Have tried it several times. Checked my junk and deleted folders. Nothing.

My email account is with Hotmail if that makes any difference.

Luckily, I'm still logged in on an alternative PC, which has allowed me to post this, but I'd like to get it resolved before I end up fully locked out of the forums.

Can OCUK please assist.

Pretty sure Hotmail, gmail type of addresses aren’t allowed anymore. Been like that since the great nuke I think.

I had to sign up again using my own personal email through my domain.

My account is still through gmail, and considering that the majority of people use hotmail/gmail addresses, that would be an extremely daft decision to make.

@OP i would post in the customer-service section of the forum, would think you're more likely to get a response from someone who's able to do something.
