Not receiving emails

Well im now on vista home premium.
Im with orange for the internet and have orange email.
Now i can log on to there site and check mails but i want to use my windows mail programe.
I have set up the mail software as i would normally i can send mails no worries but i just cant seem to receive any of my emails and i just cant seem to see anything wrong
Anybody with orange that have set up outlook or any other programe??

I don't know anything about Orange (and don't want to) but suggest you get a reliable mail service from Google which allows both sending and receiving from Outlook and bretheren - instructions on site. It does not matter who ones ISP is one never need change ones email provider
