Not returning Wus

I have a cpu client running on an old rig thats producing minimal PPD but isnt returning a WU complete last night

I have the following in the log when it tries to send

Not at the moment just leaving for work, the system has been returning units fine up until now the only difference being it was upgraded to win 7 from vista. It will be getting a fresh install when i've got the time.

Ok heres a copy of the client.cfg, I'm waiting another 2 hours for it to complete another unit an the second client it runs to see if it has the same issue

EDIT: Now completed 4 WUs on this rig, its running to classic console clients as its not got enough oompf for SMP units (I have tried), the server 171.64.65.111 is still showing as REJECT and has been for ~24 hours. Im getting a tad frustraded now as the rig is getting all AMBER core units which are completing rapidly and it will upto 6 awaiting upload in another couple of hours.

People have also reporting problems over at folding forums for a couple of days, the only response being Pande are aware of the problem
