I am debating between the cheaper
Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3P VS ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 (which is slightly more pricy but come very highly recommended)

I was wondering if anybody had any opinions or other suggestions? Obviously all things being equal I would prefer the cheaper option.

This is my current planned build below.

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Corsair CAFA50 61.0 CFM CPU Cooler
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3P-B3 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
RAM: Kingston HyperX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Hard Drive: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: MSI Radeon HD 6950 2GB Video Card
Case: Cooler Master Storm Scout ATX Mid Tower Case
PSU: Coolmaster Real Power Pro 1000W (from previous build)
Optical Drive: Sony AD-7280S-0B DVD/CD Writer

Just something to be able to overclock the i5 easily enough is all i'm looking for as well as being reliable/stable. My last mobo was temperamental as sin towards the end of her days. Also maybe a few USB 3 and the option of dual Crossfire at some point in the future. I'm pretty new to overclocking so not completely sure to be honest.

No Probs,

Probably not, it may come in handy if your GPU fails but ultimately the option is down to your good self :)
