Not sure if running Dual Channel...

Ok so I got my 8gb of XMS3 today, and added it to my 4gb XMS3. I was advised that to run Dual Channel with different stick sizes, I place them in 6gb pairs, so two 4gb + 2gb sets. The RAM works fine, but the RAM seems to have different timing in CPUZ and was wondering if anything was wrong, or if I was accidently running single channel.

Hi there,

Go into the "memory" tab, the "SPD" tab just shows what the RAM can run at, not what it is currently running at.

Ah ha! It says: Channels - Dual

So thats good news then. Its running 9-11-11-28 by the looks too. The DRAM Frequency is only 760Mhz but thats due to my overclock being 190x20, rather then 200x19.
