I just purchased an OCuK gift card, hoping it would be delivered to my email, but it doesn't seem to be the case. I was planning to use it as a way to save towards a PC.

Best submitting a ticket, but if you have just bought it in the last few hours, give them time. They closed for the day and the gift card stuff isnt automated. You should get it tomorrow. I ordered some for a friend once at 4:45 on a Friday and they turned up in my mailbox on the monday morning

Does the email not say? Assuming you received it by email.

Wow that's strange I would have thought at least they would have showed you how to redeem. I assume it's just a code.

Just shows the code and then the value of the code.

I tried the same thing a few years ago as a way to be like a piggy bank it didn't work for me either I'm useless with money it was all fully refunded though and a sorry added. Must be things happen we don't know about I dunno

Yes you can only use the code on checkout. You can't add it to your account to use like savings unfortunately.

You used to be able to, I know my friend did it around 2-3 years ago for his PC.

Can I get a refund? Can I apply more than one gift card at checkout? How long are they valid for from purchase?

As far as I'm aware a full refund is there. All good maybe things will be different for you. All I know is ya in good hands.
