Guys I'm not sure what to do at the moment. My motherboard has died, want to get a replacement and was thinking about getting the Gigabyte GA-K8NS Ultra-939.

However I was also thinking maybe I should make the jump to PCI express now as I have the chance, but I only bought my X850XT PE about 6 months ago for 300 quid. How much do you think I could sell it for? Worth selling now and getting PCI Express?

Cheers for the help guys :)

I'd guess you might get around £150 for your X850XT PE if you are lucky as brand new they are a touch over £200, chances are though that you will have to accept a bit less.

You could look to the ASRock dual board as that supports both AGP and PCI-E and would work as a stop-gap solution before a full upgrade.

How about getting the AsRock 939 Dual Sata with Pci-e and AGP.

this way you have a board that works with your current graphics card (still good) & allows you to change to PCIE whenever you feel the need.
