Im happy with the performance of my machine currently but I hate how noisy it gets when gaming.

I currently have:

5800x3d cooler with an nzxt kraken x72
32gb 3200mhz ram
Nvidea 3090 ti

I have changed the nzxt fans for some noctua fans as they were much better and they have reduced some noise.
I do have 6 case fans within the usual places on my lian li 011 dynamic (bottom intake and side intake) but these are just cheaper rgb fans.

I have already reduced the voltage of the 3090 ti and that helped a bunch but I have to fiddle with that a lot to make it stable and it's becoming a pain as some games just do not like it.
I've also set fan curves and so on and it's perfectly fine wheb browsing and such but it's sooooo noisey when gaming to the point friends can hear it over my mic.
I was wondering if I did change a few things, would I even notice a reduction in noise?

New case? Different gpu (9070xt or something)? New cpu with a better cooler (would have to go for a 9800x3d then).

Is there anything there that really jumps out. Like 3090ti being a power hungry card and so on?

Thank you all in advance

I've downloaded the card and changed power limits. I struggled to make it stable in everything when power limiting but changed fan curves and such which did help a little.

For context, I was running a 3700x and 2080 non super before I upgraded both parts and it was mostly the same in regards to noise other than the 3090ti is most definately a little noisier.

I've not tried messing with power limits on the 5800x3d yet though tbh. Could give that a go.

It's driving me mad at this point. If I don't use a headset I simply cannot hear a game in most cases

3090 ti is a zotac holo.

I'll have a look into my case fan curve again and I'll also run cinebench and have a play. I can then have a go at power limiting the cpu and again, see if that helps. I will say my gpu does get relatively warm, well into the 80s when playing something hungry even in a cool room.
