Not sure which new keyboard to get?

I was looking at either the saitek cyborg or the razer turantula. Im not sure what polling rate thing means for a keyboard and i am not sure if the saitek keyboard has it either. It states the cyborg comes with metal caps on some of the keys am i able to change the metal caps onto other keys? Also im a noob i dont really understand all this macro stuff lol.

As far as I understand it, a Macro is a chain of events that you can link to one button press.

So you could invariably program one single button to rotate 180 degrees, press five 7 times then throw a grenade.

I could be wrong as never used it but thats my understanding.
