3x GTX 280 in TRI SLI, 4 300GB veloci Raptors in RAID-0 over 500MB sec read, samsung 1TB backup,

2x 18watt DCC pumps, 2xThermoChill 120.2, TFC 120.1, XSPC 120.1.

Coolermaster 1250/1500watt psu.

3dmark vantage score of 38k

The green elbow will be gone soon its just a temp thing untill I get a propper elbow.

Nice but quick question. Why not use the proper connector between the cards instead of tiny bits of tubing? Not keen on the case but each to there own and nothing can be said about your good taste in hardware!

Product Description
The varible SLI combines two graphics card coolers, in a system thats in SLI mode. The special feature at this point is that it is varible by about 12mm in length and is adjustable. Therefore, this nipple fits with graphics cards from different manufacturers. The SLI connection nipples are availble in 3 lengths.

Technical Data:
A direct connector between 2 graphic cards.
Thread 1/4" material - nickel
Distance between the coolers: from 18.9mm to 30.3mm
Suitable for motherboards with 1 slot gap between the 2 graphics cards.

we had a long discussion about this - ended up not being able to source a supplier

the sli is linked up with the EK mini barbs

Locky said that its all tight - he has terrible luck with leaks though :p
 
Yeah I would have used the propper SLI connecters, but I was unable to source some at the time, I got 34.5k in vantage, dont know the exact score.

Not as good as Quad SLI 295, which I 38k with yesterday on a customers pc.
 
i remember Drpitbull's tri sli rig that caused so much controversy where ther were crammed together with stock coolers.

This is the sort of thing people were begging him to do and this shows just how much nicer it looks.

Hoes the temps on the cards locky?
 
Awesome build, only trouble you'll have now is finding a game that will really test it, TriSLI can run just about anything maxed at ridiculous fps.

What clocks are your GTX's at ?
