not working....is it vista?

ok my friend just upgraded to vista ultimate edition (waste of money imo) but now is "Trust 360 2.0 USB Spacecam" doesn't work. the driver cd will not run in vista and when vista tries to find driver and installs them it shows up as "BisonCam, USB2.0" why? the light comes on the cam up it is not in my computer and when you go to turn it on in msn all you see is white. what's wrong is it just not compatible? does he need a new cam?

i don't know much about vista so some help would be great!
 
and yes i have made a **** of myself.....there are none available.....new cam then?

can anyone recommend him a good new cam that will be compatible?
