Hey, I'm a Windows user and I'm looking for note taking that allow me to take handwritten notes and internal linking between different notes. And please don't not suggest OneNote I don't like it .(Cluttered UI)

I have been using Obsidian and can't praise it enough. It is free, although I pay for sync. And with the plugins there is so much you can do with it. It might take a bit of time to customize, but it is so worth it.

Linking works great through markdown and you get a big graph of how notes are interconnected.

Edit*
Just thought back to this video which is a great overview of how you can set it up and interconnect notes

Yes I have heard Obsidian, but it looks more complicated to me, does it also allows handwriting?

It's as complicated as you want to make it. As it's markdown it is essentially one step up from writing in text files, it is much more light weight than onenote or notion.

The most used plugin is Excalidraw but there are a few handwriting plugins and OCR options, it might take a moment for you to find what works best for you.

I have heard concepts is good for visual notes as an alternative.
