NotFred -bigadv VM version

Ahh thanks for the heads up on that.

I got a new Credit Card the other day [for the sign up reward \o/, £15 off my next Amazon purchase heheh] and I have an ichy mouse finger! Will definitely try a few bigadv when I get my i7.
 
Cool to see this..

I always used NotFred in VMware player for my SMP folding. If only I could justify an i7 rig to myself.. it would be a waste of the decent system I have now though just to sell it.
 
Pardon my noobness but, is there a non VMware version of this?

I wouldn't mind bunging it on the rig (or rigs) when I'm away. The extra couple of % wouldn't go amiss and when I'm away, I don't need to run standard OSes on my rigs. Running this, I could save on power and get a few more points when away.
 
I think 'not yet' is the answer. I can't see any reason for him not to produce a native version once the VMWare beta is proven.
