Nothing Happens when clicked

Hi all

Last night I left the PC on to Re-Install my steam games, When I woke this morning I fired up the computer and all is well, Only issue om having is the fact that when I click on the game I want to play or click the Steam desktop icon, Nothing happens, None of them even attempt to load, What could be the issue?

Getting frustrated now

Hi minibiker,
Had the same problem and it was my anti virus flagging it up as a false positive.
I removed my a v and reinstalled after running the game and all was fine.
Might work for you too.

Was there an initial reason for re installing the games? were they behaving funnily or something? if thats the case it could point fingers at the drive being a suspect. You could also try to verify the integrity of the game cache in steam and also try launching the exe directly from the games root folder to see if it launches that way.

I only use the Windows 10 firewall at the mo...

I re-installed as this is my new build and steam account needed accessing again.. I restarted my PC and they fired up after reboot... Seems odd
