Im considering building a single WC loop with 120.2 rad in place of the H50 I am currently running for my Phenom II 955 @ 3.8GHz. At the Moment it idles around 32-36deg and in prime95 for about 45 mins reaches 49-51deg, ambient temp of about 24-25deg.

Can I hope to expect a noticeable decrease in temps?

Also I just noticed that the H100 is now up for pre-order might it be worth considering that instead?

Cheers.

a dedicated WC loop will cool better than nearly everything else on the market, main area's for consideration are the block, radiator and fans, pretty much anything from EK is going to be a lot better than the block on anything corsair offer, not really sure what the difference would be between fat radiators and thin ones but again, generally bigger is better, fans are purely upto you, but if you dont mind wind turbines then some Yate loons or Gentle typhoons strapped to a radiator will offer pretty good temps indeed :p
