Really looking to know how I should approach this. The company that has taken the tenner from me is called "Aran Estates" apparently - this is what google found http://www.arunestates.co.uk/
I don't remember signing any direct debit with them - they only took money 2 days ago and I haven't signed anything recently. Any idea what I could do in the meantime? Is reclaming the money easy?
