Notifications not working on iPhone 4S

Hey all.

I upgraded from my dying 3G to a 16GB iPhone 4s yesterday and since then I've not been getting any notifications from the CNN International or France 24 application.

Any idea of how to fix it? I've tried deleting and reinstalling the apps, turning the phone on and off, turning notifications on and off and a hard reset.

Is it worth doing a restore from backup or am I going to have to do a clean restore and then reinstall everything manually?

Go in to Settings > Notifications and see if CNN and France 24 are in the Notification Centre. If not, scroll down and select them.

Haha my Facebook notifications have not worked on my 4s since the second day of having the phone.
I have to manually go into the app to see if I have any.
