Think I just found my next keyboard! Cheap as chips and it's RGB! I was looking at the Corsair K65 RGB compact, but this will suit my needs better due to the price. :) :D

Not quite RGB as it's 8 zone and 8 colours. Got to agree though this keyboard is a steal for £34.99

I myself don't like scissor switches but there are some gamers out there who prefer them!

Hope you enjoy it :) Be sure to leave a review and let people know what you think if you have time!

Ah, I thought it was RGB. Makes sense why it doesn't actually state RGB! Lol. It's to replace the Logitech G110 I currently have which is very bulky wide. So I do want something with less clutter. :)

Keyboard arrived today! Must say it is a very minimalist and simplistic looking bit of kit. I do like the brushed metallic finish to it. The keys feel good and they don't make too much of a noise compared to the one I am typing with now.

The 8 customisation effect modes are great! I've done a few videos showcasing most of them and have taken some pics as well. They don't look as good as they would in the dark, so I will take more later on. But they do give you an idea on what to expect.

I'm not that good at doing reviews of products, so apologies for how brief this is. But basically, I like this keyboard very much, I will be buying a second one to replace the one I am using right now.

Thanks OcUK. It's a very cheap and cheerful keyboard. May not be full RGB, but it does the job for me just fine. :)

Can this be set to just display one colour backlight all the time?

I've been looking for a replacement for my Enermax Aurora and this looks like it might fit the bill - has to be brushed aluminium haha.

I used a scissor switch board for years before getting a mechanical board. Pressing the keys feels the same and I didn't have to adjust in that sense, what I had to get used to be was being back on a chunky key keyboard.

As for this Cougar board, nice..

i got one for my non gaming pc, quite big key surfaces, nice bright backlight, but i think i am right that there is no software control for this keyboard, you can only set it by pressing the function key on the keyboard. which is strange as the cougar mouse i bought at the same time is controlled by software
