In 3 hours and 40 mins or less should be confimed - certainly the 64bit. This is almost certain chinese as has zh-cn as against en-us

There is a build in Chinese out in the wild, but not an English language build at this point in time is there?

What is the most commonly used build at the moment?

THe most common build is still 7000, as this is the only officially released build, hence what most people are using. I've got 7022, 7057 and 7068 running on different machines, and each build has its own pro's and con's.
I'd probably just go with the latest build if I was going to clean install now...Or wait for the official RC in a couple of weeks...

the latest and freely available is Build 7077 which is the best yet. I find better than the established Vista and XP
When downloading some builds it essential to enable DHT and peer exchange
