Yeah i'm on my 4th 360 mate. But my current one has been great so far... for one month. :p

Ditto lol. I'm nervous about firing up my 360 today, it being Friday 13th...
 
Well i was doing some reading up on the net about the 3 red rings of death.

I decided to take my 360 apart. Ive given it a really good dust out, re-seated all the heat sync's.

Fitted it all back together, booted it up, appeard to boot up fine, ran for about 15 minutes Horizontal then locked up.

I then stood it up vertical and booted it up to try it. Currently been running for a few hours now with no problems, graphic corruptions or crashes!

The xbox appears to be running again.

But at least its working again, their cheap enough to buy a new Core anyway so it doesnt really matter to me.
