Following greywolf's guide I've managed to put together my PC 
However that doesn't mentioned whether you need to change jumpers or what BIOS settings will need modified after the components have been put together.
So before I begin to install windows is there any jumpers or BIOS settings I will need to adjust to get the components working optimally. Or is this something I will be able to do once I have windows installed.
(btw components are MSI 880GMA-E45 AMD 880G (Socket AM3) DDR3 microATX Motherboard, AMD Athlon II X4 Quad Core 640, Patriot Viper 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C7 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit in case it helps advise)
